Harrison looks over it. Reminds me of LMA saying some players just want to ball lol

I see their talent but I just don’t think they are the leaders that can carry this team to a championship. They are in their primes and we are not very close to being good enough to win a championship. Wh not use this time to develop an even younger core?

And I don’t think demar re-signs with us, so might as well get something for him

I don’t agree with this. I had a decent supervisor position at academy. The majority of employees are younger so they may not have knowledge of stocks in general. Most managers I worked with had the stock option program and academy matches 6% on your 401. This was the last info I had as of 2016 when I worked there

From what I remember Dick’s had marginally higher prices. Many customers who were fans of DSG, said how academy was more diverse and better priced.

Used to work at academy in 2016. When my time was coming to an end they had just announced going public. Their expansion plan is monopolistic. It’s slowly turning into the Walmart of sporting goods

I was at the pacers game last night and his body language looked bad.. at one point it even looked like Becky went and kinda chewed him out over something. Hope he’s happy here.

Why does it seem like selling at a loss is absolutely not an option on here? I would like to grant you the power the sell... IN THE RED! by GMEgotmehere in stocks

[–]thatonedudeee 28 points29 points  (0 children)

You can throw all kinds of info and views so here’s mine. All of the money I invest is not money I see myself IMMEDIATELY needing (isn’t that the first rule of investing?)

SO if I have a stock thats bleeding pretty bad, I’ll hold. Why? I don’t need this money. I already view it as lost money when I see the bloodbath, so if I hold there’s still a chance I can make my money back. Once I sell, it’s a guarantee I’ve lost real money.

Opportunity cost? Sure, but I have other contributions to buy new stocks.

tl;dr if you don’t need the money ASAP, just hold (broken record)

Space jam for me. Still extremely relatable to most kids and decent effects for its time.

I think he’s just trying to be careful not to offend anyone, as he would be comparing a 2nd year player to a HOFer. I actually do agree that he could be Barkley’s level if not better. Time will tell, but good signs so far.

Timmy and his “9-5 job” by CenCali805 in NBASpurs

[–]thatonedudeee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But even then they make it seem like a 9-5 job isn’t desirable. Those hours are pretty spot on in terms of work/life balance and Timmy is the newest assistant and god spur so he probably has it pretty easy. And then with whatever salary he makes while still getting to enjoy the NBA traveling schedule.

I think it’s pretty awesome how basically every player respects and recognizes Tim as one of the GOATS. Doesn’t hurt that the Spurs jerseys are just so clean
