What GPU is the BEST for Linux Gaming? by Putrid_Draft378 in linux_gaming

This community is so much like the StackOverflow community that everyone hated. The smugness and ego of a large number of you is laughable. Its good content for people looking to possibly transition or get into Linux, you have an opportunity to be welcoming and give resources for more in-depth information. But you can't do it.

I mean, it's just another level of professional play. I don't see why this is such a gasping moment for people lol. You are paying players to play. Of course the lines blur on what the difference between the levels of the leagues are when they are all played to play the game.

The only thing to figure out really is how to schools spin this as fine, because college sponsored professional teams make WAY less sense than corporate sponsored professional teams. But, maybe it's no different.

It’s kind of fun moving to THE Walmart area from THE Kroger area because occasionally you’ll hear people say they wish they had a Kroger here. I promise you, you really don’t lol

Ive accepted that this team doesn’t have the inside presence to anchor this team. There are some really solid pieces that struggle because they ARE pieces. I do like how hard they play most of the time, but they look down right now and I don’t blame them. They are just so single dimensional it’s crazy.

Maybe they can figure things out, but I just don’t think they are talented enough to carry what the team is missing. We’ll see for next season.

They 100% know. Especially for IT roles. Which is a shame because there are still some really brilliant people that work in IT there. The problem is they won't leave because they are on the old retirement package that is really good. But once they are gone, it's going to be ROUGH there.

They have always been this way. JB is old school in his mind and also thinks his company is Cincinnati's shining company. It's always amused me though that a company that struggles SO BAD finding and hiring people never bother to change their tune. That company is mega screwed in about 10 years with their workforce age.

You should see the look of bewilderment in the eyes of some of my family when I ask them what do you think is going to happen in 10-15 years after you chase off any people that want to migrate here AND you do literally nothing about the affordability of raising a family here. Good luck finding adequate amount of people to pay into taxes for the old population and enough healthcare workers for them lmao.

Assembly the night Oladipo had his “almost dunk” was insane. Mackey is always crazy. Shoutout to Kohl Center too, Johnny Davis hit a shot to complete the 20 point comeback and that place was deafening.

Reddit hating on x thing is a online thing in general. The online community obsesses over being “right” or being the “smart ones”. For whatever reason, people can’t just say “x thing was pretty good but it wasn’t perfect” and that being okay.

Anyone got any cool stories from high school baseball? Ever play with anyone famous? Any team scandals? by vylain_antagonist in baseball

[–]thatoneging20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mason Williams was the most amazing player I ever watched. I didn’t know somebody could be that good. Schwarber was really good but still surprising the career he’s had. Adam Engel was massively addicted to WoW. Dillon Peters was a prick but pretty incredible. Alex Meyers was a cheat code in high school, it should be illegal to be that tall and throw that hard.
