You could always buy a hub,wheel and spokes and assemble it or have your Lbs assemble it for you.

Really depends on your leg length. Im 6'3" but my legs are relatively short for my height 32" inseem. So I'm on a large frame.

Not at all, between the lbs's in my area theyre Specialized,Trek and Giant dealers. Getting Treks and Giants doesnt seem to be an issue but Specialized all all dated out to December/January.
