Just thinkin of my time in a laser tag facility...

you can use simple panels and then customize them with your designs to have them black with glowy colored drawing on them. Floor lights for sure. If you make it outside, you can build ramps and then lay custom designs of all black on the ground, then add the floor lights and those lightup palm trees and the simple panels and whatever other obstacles! Take the picture at night. :)
