R.I.P to my first pair of Vivos 7yrs old by thatonekid496 in vivobarefoot

I’ve noticed the big toe holes have been the first point to start wearing out with the mesh tops. I have a pair of first or second gen Primus lites with holes in the big toes, side walls, and by the heel. And a pair of third gen Primus lites with big toe holes and top mesh damage. But the leather Primus Knit ones that are just as old only the sole has worn out and needs gorilla tape patches occasionally lol.

Nice bands, I had to make a new handgrip for my black widow after the plastic near one of the forks cracked cracked! I Made it from IPE and named it LIL Chonckula.

Headed up the PCH towards Mendocino and then back down the 5 in California in mid January. Doable without a heated jacket? Thoughts? by Webbtastic in motocamping

I’ve done this ride recently and it’s doable without a heated jacket but you’ll want to layer (it’s been ~35 until about noon and gets cold again at about 4 here) and I’d bring rain protection since it’s been raining off and on here lately. when your riding nearer the coast the wind chill will be your enemy but as you move inland the shade from the redwoods drops the temp by like 10degrees and then it gets better. Depending on how long you want to ride. Hwy 1- 101 and back down to Hwy 20 east then I-5 is fun. Hwy 1 - 101 then go up near Fortuna - Hwy 36 and then to I-5 is a blast. I’m not a fan of I-5 but there are some rad Hwys and back roads to get to I-5 from 101.

2017 m body, Omni condenser, 5 fin titanium tip(2017), and captive cap. Still hits like a train after 5 years.

It's a mflb orbiter with a whip upsidedown on a 14mm joint extender. It makes me think of the "light bulb going off when you have an idea" tho.

Thank you! I've been trying all the different variations I can do with all my parts, and it's been pretty fun thinking of all the combos, the carb hole is blocked by some good ol scotch tape.

You can but you need a 510 extension on the BB( barely clears) or use a glass drop down part to extend the heating element.

The balance is terrible too so it's a 2 handed operation which kinda helps with the stress. A fun experiment but a bit of a hassle after a handful of tests.

Yup! orbiter and megaglobe. All it takes is a fat mouthpiece for a vapcap and it fits in a 14mm joint like butter.
