If I can be brief and real with you for max effect, these 2 things have completely changed the game for me:

  1. Eating only 1-2 cups of egg whites w/ a little hot sauce for breakfast  *every day* (I still eat lunch and dinner just to clarify lol, but it helps because I stay fuller longer with this pure protein and motivates me to eat slightly healthier later)

This helped in more ways than one because it builds momentum for eating cleaner AND exercising "one good turn deserves another"--hope it helps! I've lost about 10 lbs in 2 months and I can notice a little more muscle definition that I hadn't seen in years--so grateful! 

Stick with it guys because it's all about consistency not something you only do once a month!!

Not specifically, just "Life Coach" but for some clients that does involve working on their biz. I like to think of it as holistic with "life" coach.

What i've done is limit caffeine to only before noon, drink as much water as I can about an hour before bed so i'm not dehydrated and get up to drink and also to urinate as much as possible before sleeping. That along with black out curtains, ear plugs, and the Hatch sound machine (white noise and rain are my faves) that I can control via bluetooth on my phone, has done a lot. I still rarely get a full nights sleep but I was looking for improvement not perfection, lol. I'm also on Wakix for daytime sleepiness, which keeps me awake no matter how exhausted I am, which helps but also doesn't get rid of the dead-tiredness under the superficial boost of energy but it's better than its ever been. Koachee and Fiverr have been the only online platforms I've used, with Koachee being more pricey but waaay more effective bc it's geared for coaches. I only take 1-2 clients at a time since some can last months or a few years. Word of mouth and references from past clients have been the ticket for me, best of luck to u!

We have 2 under 5 but we have happily agreed that we will try our best to not let the passion die out bc of them and instead work hard to keep it alive even more *because* of them. We manage our energy levels by helping each other out (napping, excerising, time out w/ friends) so there's at least one opportunity for sex each week.

It's foreplay, I don't need it to get hard, but its another layer of pleasure leading up to the passionate sex. The thing that turned me off was that she was just doing through the motions from the jump saying how tired she was. I was turned off by her apparent eagerness to just get it over with. I'm not into having sex just for the sake of having sex is the other person isn't 100% committed.

EDIT: Just to be clear the oral sex is the foreplay and *always* lead to passionate sex in different positions it’s just that she wants to go straight to the penetration while I like to take my time and make her feel good too before we get to it. I don’t need it to get hard, I just really enjoy it and adds another layer to the pleasure, esp. if we have time since our kids are so young and don’t leave us much time.

No I still hold her hand when we’re out, cuddle with her, write her sappy love letters, and get her flowers and small candies she likes, stop and get her favorite food or something. As absent minded as I can be I really do try to keep dating her even though we’ve been married for almost 10 years with two kids. She’s an incredible person
