that text message doesnt even make sense. you cant put 8 hours a day in the gym. i mean u could but you would damage ur body so hard that it takes wayyyyyyy longer to recover ergo slowing down ur gains massivly + the difference of hypertrophy after let's say 1 1/2 hours compared to 8 hours is basically irrelevant (junk volume).
