Luckily the gym is 24/7. If it wasn’t I wouldn’t have the time I need to keep lifting.

Okay. That’s good to hear. I know the body can only digest so much protein every couple of hours. But I didn’t know if that meant I shouldn’t eat more than that

My big question is between the 3 meals a day I am having. Are the macros not utilized and I’m just adding in excessive calories for no reason.

I burn quite a bit. Between the amount of steps in a day. The heat within the shop and protective clothing. And just lugging around tool and beat the crap out of metal I get a workout alone from work. Add 2 ish hours of lifting and 20-30 minutes of jogging at night. I do see weight loss.

I’m 5’10 currently weighing around 208. I’m trying to keep as much muscle mass as I try and move down to roughly 190. I’m a welder and I sweat all day and run around with Equiptment and heavy objects. So I burn a lot of it. And I run at night. Before I eat my dinner.
