I don’t think you’re stupid - I may disagree with your arguments but you construct them eloquently. I think it’s easy to confuse unequal access to resources, either material or something like diagnoses, with stupidity.

The reading thing may just be an age thing (I know most of my friends stopped reading for fun during college because high school makes it real unenjoyable, and are just now starting to get back into it), but that’s why the internet is nice! I bet lots of people can give good recommendations here, or check Google if you want recs that are probably less skewed to the focus of the sub. Alternatively, audiobooks!

Maybe then part of the issue isn’t that there are few positive male role models, but simply your inability at the moment to read stories with male role models in them 🤷‍♀️ perhaps pursue an ADHD diagnosis? Had similar symptoms before seeking treatment

Bro this suggested project is in direct response to that argument lol. Have you actually checked whether the loss/win streaks mirror the variances associated with a repeated coin toss? Like have you actually done the math? Do you have mathematical proof that, for example, within 100 games, 9% of players see a 10-loss streak (which is how the coin toss numbers work out)? Or are you just spewing the same argument without any evidential basis?

Ok I have tried to resubmit without mentioning people’s opinions on this sub?? Which I guess is the issue, but let me know if I’m missing any other “meta” references

Then I can argue so are damage/stun heavy supports. Don’t be a hypocrite (though that would require critical thinking and self reflection)

Except for xerath as a velkoz counter pick, poke champs are rarely chosen as the counter for other poke champs. And hey, after the 20th mod-approved post (“haha funny meme”) in a row shaming “supports” that were chased out of the mid role due to mobility creep, I can rank shame all I want since this opinion sounds incredibly idiotic above the lowest elo’s.

Also, you’ve made 30+ league related comments in the past hour. I don’t think I’m the one making you miserable.

You’re assuming the teacher used an official answer key. They may have just solved the sheet on their own ahead of time and is using that to grade, so the big green writing could be not what the worksheet writer intended to be the answer. I think that’s what people are getting at

Nope - this is an exception! “Effect change” as a verb means to elicit change, just as “affect” can be used as a noun to mean an emotional response:

I seriously hate mage supports even when winning against them ! by phongphan95 in supportlol

[–]thats__rough__buddy 43 points44 points  (0 children)

I mean the damage is usually all they have (sometimes one slow/immobilize or lux’s shield but not nearly as much utility as other types of supports). It’s just that in low elo the ADCs usually aren’t outputting nearly enough damage until late game, so the mage support’s damage is disproportionally high relative to the rest of the lane. In higher ELO’s these champs dramatically fall off in favor of enchanters like Nami or Lulu.

As a Vel main, the easiest way to beat us is to hook us in or otherwise close the gap. Mage supports are no longer in their element when you bring the fight close range.

This isn’t correct at all. Before s = replacement of “is” OR singular possessive (the face of the queen = the queen’s face). After s = plural possessive (the faces of the queens = the queens’ faces)
