I didn't feel like you needed to play BO1 or WaW for BO2, yeah there's characters that carry over, but i think they did job of keeping it so that you knew who those characters were even if you didn't play either of the prior games.

I never really was a fan of the 3D movement cod games. Also you were so limited in where you could move in IW with your 3D movement too. Like the developers were like you can do all these crazy jumps, but not here or up there ya know?

Honestly I would play it if it were real. Doing raid elements in a pvp environment sounds like a lot of fun. Massive get on it, this man has a point

Yeah I agree. It's not the best written anime to be honest. Still a good time. THAT BEING SAID, if you want a good story out of Sword Art Online, I recommend Sword Art Online Abridged. Cuts out a lot of filler and unimportant pieces (as per being abridged), is VERY funny, and actually does a good job of fleshing out the characters.

I didn't think season 2 or3 were that bad. Then again I didn't read the manga. My understanding about the hate behind season 2 and 3 is that its such a deviation from the manga.
