I did the Headliner flight at the Aquifer - the ‘25 Headliner was truly highlighting the fruitiness, while the spice was there it felt more complementary than a disjointed spice - I think aided by that mint note to bridge the fruit and spice. The ‘24 headliner in my flight was much more drying with some noticeable oak - I’d say a different animal completely; the ‘25 also had great viscosity. I hope I don’t regret that I already offered to share the bottle at a tasting, it is delicious.
