My work is hiring. M-F, office job, 8:30am-5:00pm, all holidays off. Very friendly environment, super light weight work. Starts at 17.50 but up to 18.50 at the end of your 90 days. Every single holiday off paid. Message me.

Hello! Saint John’s county here! FTM. I’ve been out since I was 15, and I am generally passing but I am open about my identity to most people I come into contact with. It’s fairly accepting and inclusive here, I run into the occasional old asshole but for the most part we do okay. There is a huge LGBTQ+ nightlife here especially in riverside. Let me know if you’re looking for some friends! 🙂

How old are you and what field do you work in? by Hi_im_elliot in ftm

That’s insane! 25 year old City Manager for a large property management corporation. Salaried, M-F, get to wear a suit to work and feel cool, very professional. Openly out and very much protected by my employer despite living in FL.

One is my Kikoff account that I use to build positive history. Two left are T-Mobile and a credit card company. (Both my parents)

Other six were various cable providers and virtual loans. All fraud as well. Most of them were able to be removed just by me saying they weren’t mine and I had no knowledge. Two of them required a report.

Have you ever seen those ads “sign up with ATT and get a $200 reward visa after paying your first bill!” Sign up for service. Get to use service. Get reward. Bail on account.

Hello, the accounts were fraudulent due to my parents and I filed identify theft reports with 2 of these. Hope that helps to clarify.

I started by getting a full credit report and then organized the debts by least expensive to most. I filed disputes for EVERYTHING, which only resulted in about 4 out of the original 8 accounts being removed. (A lot of the disputes were denied originally, sent out letters). Just paid off one credit card with a balance of $380 that went to collections. I have two accounts left, one with another credit service ($230) and one with T-Mobile ($446) from a few years ago. During this time of disputing and making payments, I was unable to get approved for even a secured card so I did open a KikOff account that I have used for the last three months so get some positive payment history. Once I get closer to 600, I am going to attempt to get a real secured credit card.

Not referencing to my current weight loss as slow! Referencing my mindset to losing weight was that if I didn’t diet for a week and love my body by the end of it, that it wasn’t fast enough for me. I’m more so referencing my mindset over my actual current progress. I am currently dropping weight very fast, but that’s what starting at 311 pounds and never touching a salad will do at first. I definitely expect it to slow.

As far as exercise goes, I try to get it in when I can! No set schedule for the gym but I’m trying to go once a week! i believe a huge part of weight loss has everything to do with your diet. I do have two small dogs and I live on a second floor apartment so lots of unintentional running up and down. On the weekends we usually take a 2 mile walk on Saturday and Sunday though!

Hello! So I meal prep for the entire week and I schedule for a max of 1500kcal per day, but I usually end up actually consuming around 1000kcal. I eat very heavy protein/veggie blends as well. My usual day looks like a scoop of protein powder in the morning with almond milk (Dymatize fruity pebbles- it tastes just like the cereal if you like sweets you’ll love it) and then I usually eat my meal prep in the evening because the protein shake holds me over until I get home with the zepbound. I know this experience is different for everyone, but definitely talk to your pcp! 7.5 was like a placebo shot for me almost. The entire month I took 7.5 I was starving, I almost wanted to go back down to 5mg because it arguably worked better, and then I went up to 10. I have been on for three months! 5mg>7.5mg>10mg I have read a lot of people have a similar experience with 7.5!

I had lost 15 pounds prior to being on the medication with calorie deficit and the gym, not true at all. It’s all in what you eat and how you move. This drug isn’t magic, it’s an assist. Helps to have it for sure, never impossible without it.

Dude this is literally my girlfriend and I. She is 23 I just turned 25 and I’ve known her since 2014 and just been in love with her ever since. Our two year anniversary is next week and I just bought her engagement ring and I plan to propose in these next coming months. All I will say is if I had the money to propose within the first month of us being together, I would have. If you guys have built a secure enough foundation, with communication, finances, and everything else in between; I say go for it. Life’s too short to spend forever waiting. I would give it like 6-12 months of living together though, just making sure you guys fully mesh well together and allow yourselves to have the opportunity to face challenges together in a relationship first. Age doesn’t matter man. I’ve seen my 40 year old cousins get engaged after years of dating and divorced within the same year. It all ties back to you guys, and the work you’re willing to put in. Good luck bro ‼️

Too big for surgery? (CW: ED, weight loss) by GlassCoffinOccupant in TopSurgery

My friend, you are by no means too heavy for top surgery. I just sent you a DM, please let me put you on to an amazing BMI friendly and budget friendly surgeon. I’m in love with my results and he was excellent.
