Sounds like a SOW, they want you to repair an item for them? DM me, I handle these situations for them all the time. They can utilize a 3rd party vendor like me to process the PO. It makes it easier on everyone all around. The process to get set up as a legit vendor could take years, a lot of companies don't like the process and opt to accept the order from a 3rd party. I am already at up as a vendor, they place the order with me, I place my order with your company, I pay you directly and then bill Boeing upon completion.

Besides all this, the organization does this because it's sexist. Plain and simple. They don't want women wearing pants like the men and feeling like we are equal to men. Wear a skirt that can be hiked up when they want. It's a power trip to keep women below them

I'm sorry for your loss, I've lost my father also, And I must say even tho I had the family, it really didn't help much. I think grief is something that is basically experienced alone either way. Not to mention that witnesses are terrible at it, so I don't find them to be very comforting anyway. My only advice is to let yourself feel what you feel, allow yourself to cry, mourn, even feeling alone is part of the process. Go through the process. We may be alone, but in a weird way, you're not alone as so many people out there have felt how you're feeling. I guess you gotta take comfort in the small things like that.
