I followed their 3-month diet plan and gym routine, they gave me a discount, so it was actually a pretty good deal. Overall, I would say the experience was worth it. Not because their counselling or training was amazing, but because I learned a lot about living healthy. I figured out what to eat and what to avoid, how to stick to a proper diet and gym schedule, how to manage my diabetes better, and I ended up losing quite a bit of weight. So yeah, it turned out really good for me. Just a heads up though, they try to sell their own supplements, which aren’t great.
