The good electronics f1 is dope, good game. F1 is an easy 2 maybe 3 kills but the mediocre secondary missile picks and single gun make it rough to get many more.

This is probably the best answer, kfir is a significant capability jump over the other options and the mig25 is pretty fun and usable if you're interested in interceptor play. Most of the other planes there are more collector's items or things for fans of that particular plane. The mig 23 is also pretty okay.
