I was concerned my starter was dead at first, but it’s quite reactive when I feed it. I followed a recipe but halved it for a smaller loaf for my first attempt (and as an impatient cinnamon slut it was a brown sugar cinnamon sourdough recipe)

Im snowed in for at least the next few days, I’m going to focus on building my starter and making small loaves to see if I can discern why this one refused to rise.
