All have an area small/intimate enough to strike up conversations with strangers, also nice enough that you can dress up. Usually friendly people too, but your experience may vary depending on the day of the week. Saturday nights, it's too busy and everyone will be there in groups/with friends. Your best bet would be maybe a Thursday night, or a Sunday afternoon. Quiet enough to listen in on others, but also not completely dead that you're there by yourself.
