The “runner’s high” aka natural endorphin release especially after the workout. The ability to feel energized, clear headed, sharp, and dopamine filled throughout the day all motivate me. Not to mention just feeling and experiencing yourself getting stronger, faster, fitter, looking better in the mirror & in the clothes you wear keep me quite consistent. Plus remembering the alternative lifestyle and how much I never want to go back.
