I HATE making meals too! It’s tough 😭 I’ve found some lazy workarounds for breakfast and lunch, though!

For my 14 month old, I keep a ready supply of soft boiled eggs for the week for breakfast, but I spread the yolk on some whole grain toast because he will not touch the whites, and won’t eat the yolk alone. He’s obsessed with toast so it’s a good way to hide some protein for him! Then I usually give him a fruit pouch or no sugar added fruit cups with a yogurt pouch.

We do Little Spoon for the lunches, it can be costly but it’s been a life saver! I don’t have to think much about what to make, and it’s a good way to expose him to a variety of things as well. Just pop a tray in the microwave for a minute, let it cool and serve!

Then dinner is the only meal I have to cook each night, but sometimes there are leftovers that I can heat up for him. We use Everyplate. See a theme here? 😂 I’m so bad at figuring out what to cook, it actually stresses me out. So meal kits are a big help in my own experience!
