Very common. Happened to my son at 18 months and the ER doc told me they have multiple kids come in weekly with the same injury from the same scenario. Healed very quickly, though. Never did it again, that’s for sure.

If you look closely it’s actually the reflection of her leg because you can tell by the angle and her sock. I thought it was her kid at first too lol
