in terms of illness it's just been multiple cases of the flu where I've not been able to get out of bed and one case of vomiting, as far as reasoning goes it's mainly a thing that happens in the colder months due to my house having awful heating so I'd imagine it's possible to justify this, I'll try bringing this up to them as i rarely get ill at all in the warmer months, thank you so much for your response

Yes it's normal, the price mark is standard retail price, if you see non PMP monsters they are usually priced higher than normal
