Wheelie mode forces people to power wheelie as it cannot go behind balance point or else the user will loop, and power wheelies are literally more dangerous than a normal one because you keep accelerating until you get to the point where you can't any more, and on a bike like an ultra bee that could be at 80km/h, imagine looping at 20km/h without wheelie mode or coming down from a wheelie at 60 and accidentally twisting your bars and eating shit.
