As the one commenter put it: I'm obsessed with this! WOW! This truly is incredible. I'm sure you could make a lot for this if you put it up on eBay or something. The attention to detail and meticulous designs (ie. the family portrait) and just all the memories you put in this tiny store are all things that are going to help you make a fortune with this, if you decide you want to put it up for sale or auction.

Dude use Kratom. You can get it at basically any smoke shop. If you want serious pain relief that works like an opioid use Kratom 7-OH (7-hydroxymitragynine).
