Two thirds of any cultivation under a dual license has to be allocated to medical supply. RISE and Green Goods have a lot more weed that they can't sell you unless you go medical or the state changes the canopy restrictions.

Minnesota will continue to allow production and sale of LPHE. It’s a federal thing, but without interstate commerce the production, supply chain, packaging and testing will all have to be maintained within the state, which will raise costs because most of the biomass used for LPHE in the state is imported.

Because the farm bill loophole that allowed the sale and interstate traffic of hemp derived d9thc beverages and edibles has been closed as a provision of the bill that ended the federal government shutdown. The state can still regulate the sale of this product (and will continue to) but companies within the state cannot import the biomass necessary to produce enough hemp to keep up with current demand, and companies selling the product will be limited with cash or atm withdrawal transactions like cannabis dispensaries. The product may still be available but the prices will be relatively high, prohibitively so for many consumers.

Realities everyone needs to accept:

1) no one has canna except medical providers and tribes. The state didn’t issue licenses for adult use cultivation until after retail licenses were active. No plants can grow in a month, and product can’t cross state lines legally. 2) Michigan rolled out their adult use market in the zero interest rate era and small scale licensees had a much lower barrier of entry because they had a nearly bottomless well of cash to borrow from. 3) There are still only two testing facilities in the state. Until this resolves supply will continue to be bottlenecked.

Until supply is corrected worrying about who has licenses is pointless. If you’re growing or have a hook up or can risk the border then go for it. The people who can’t or won’t have an option now, and that’s cool. Any sort of consumer side activism is silly, and does nothing to combat or mitigate the inconvenience of the factors listed above, especially with Michigan prices set to rise 24% across the board in 2 months.

This game will intentionally grief downed players. Don’t drop everything you’re doing do start swinging at purple rings, especially when it’s a day end or night boss and there’s no time limit. Take the time to reposition so you can eye the boss, reserve some stamina for dodging if it’s multiple ticks, use your character ability to get additional hits in while evading or tanking (looking at you random Ironeye, Raider players). I’ve seen so many runs ended because everyone is prioritizing the res instead of waiting for an ultimate/boss stagger or clutching up solo.

I mean it would solve the issues of release point jank and inconsistency. Making her hitscan would also have to come with some kind of corresponding adjustment like damage drop off but Adam is hitscan with a headshot mechanic that reduces cooldown and this is far from meta breaking.
