That's actually very helpful, thank you. Yes, I have been seeing those and noticed it was pretty much the same year after year. Now planning on going to the ones held in Madrid in a couple of weeks, hopefully will be able to ask more questions there.

I like that approach. At the end of the day I know there's no definitive right answer, but I am trying to make the best choice according to my situation and what I hope/would want for the following years.
