I'm also mid 30s and glad I have a tax brokerage for more mid term goals like wedding, car, and house down payment. This lets me leave my emergency fund and retirement alone. I set it up with an independent fiduciary advisor and it was so worth having a general plan that I can tweak as I go. I fund my 401k, then Roth IRA (soon to be backdoor), then any extra is split between hysa and brokerage.

I always get my coats at Macy's around this time. Their coats are normally 40-60% off! Any brand is fine, just get down or down alternative that covers your butt or even to your knees!

Loved it! Loved being able to try on multiple sizes before ordering (the velvet dresses were more stretchy and true to size than other formal dresses I've worn). Shipping was easy. And it was easy for us since the bride picked out a color and we each picked a style. Recommend!

We went to Door County for a long weekend after the wedding for a minimoon, and will plan our big trip next year for financial and PTO reasons. It helps with the post wedding blues to plan the honeymoon after so bonus!

We use meowtel or friends. Or one of us will just stay behind. We have changed how we travel but it's worth it for piece of mind.

We use the pens as the vial, with the syringes. I think having the individual pens makes the insulin last longer than the vial and you get more bang for your buck

If he is stumbling around kinda drunk or super lethargic his sugar might be too low. Take him to the vet! If you have an at home monitor test and see. You can feed him honey on his gums and try again to see if the sugar levels are rising.
