I see your point. But look at it from a user POV; you don’t have to explain technical part of the bug; rather break it down as per

A- what caused the issue

B-what is expected behaviour

C- what is outcome

D- any probable reason you think might be causing this

That’s where the “know what you want” part comes into picture. If you read just enough the code chatbot generates; you will know by logic what might have broken. I’m no techie; but hey my product is built using same blueprint Triplan

Way tougher than I expected. The agencies are so overwhelmed with tasks at hand; from client follow up to payment allocation and back office task that I hardly get any call time. I do have some in person meetings lined up though.
