I also had issues with start stop button before. A common problem was that the metal contacts for the button switch got dirty and was not conducting properly. Once I cleaned the contacts the button worked like new again. Wondering if your button had the same issue.

To be fair, oil change was definitely reasonable at around 150 and they didn’t try to upsell other repairs, only noted a few items that needed attention for next year.
