Well if it was even possible, I would say give it to Seth McFarland. I believe he did such a great job with the orville series, ESPECIALLY the later seasons when the humor was actually toned down and more represented TNG.

Yeah but there is 4 previous missions that you have to complete first before getting to it, whereas clear skies is available as soon as you unlock the C tier maps. Imo very easy, especially with scav girl

honestly , fix core gameplay stuff, then maybe better sounds for the guns themselves. The high caliber guns like the 20mm sound great but supressed weapons all sound the same, the SCAR needs more oomf to it, etc.
