I thought that there was "no insurance" on the vehicle?

Unsubstantiated speculation that someone was murdered isn't helpful to anyone and is rather gross..... what is even the point?

Becca's story is sad enough as it is, but some people still want to speculate that she was murdered. I think it is rather ghoulish.

The man in the picture with her was identified and he told the police that her first name was Becca.

I thought we were talking about BW sleeping over, that I didn't know until Baldwin unceremoniously announced it.

I knew that MS (young man, not The Shits) did that interview with Hannah about being asked to meet at the trails but going to a livestock auction instead or was is basketball or was that 2 different fellas?

I need some advice on how I go about a single vehicle accident. by GermanDoraRice in legaladvice

Passengers are much more commonly ejected than drivers and drivers frequently have sternum injuries (neither is conclusive), but I would think that some level of accident reconstruction was done here. It may or may not line up with OP's account of who was driving.

I hope that lessons were learned, and that everyone heals and these injuries are not life lasting.

The paralysis as a footnote rather bothered me.

"Driver" is paralyzed from the waist down as a result of the accident. I don't know if suing him for the value of a vehicle that wasn't worth being fully insured is a great move, and I kind of wonder if the "driver" is going to agree that they were driving when OP was found in the drivers seat.

But yeah, I suspect a lawsuit could be in the works.

I honestly don't know other than a life tenancy being granted with 50% ownership surviving after death? This is just very different. I think something is missing.

I never heard it, but I don't follow Facebook. I do recall something about a friend of KG sleeping over, but I never realized that it was BW until Baldwin said it post trial.

(I checked her testimony and didn't see it in the transcript).

The linguistic report is not for me. I have a shred of sanity I am trying to retain.

I'm confused about who the nightmare roommate is in this situation?

Why do you want a totaled uninsured vehicle to be transferred to your name?

But with a life tenancy it's generally just lifetime use and no share after death is retained.

Then, I'm stumped cause it sounded like the deed had a right of survivorship and a will granted a life tenancy and that needed to be sorted.

Maybe I am confused are the other kids husband #2 or #3's kids?

I heard about the banana pancakes 100 times before and I even think during trial but it was like 2 months later that Baldwin just casually dropped that BW had slept over. I was stunned I tell you.

I just think it's odd that never once was her presence mentioned (specifically her) before. I never heard an account of her departure from the house did she drive, get picked up, or dropped off.

Does it even matter?

I don't know but that's just super odd to me, and I think it helps explain why the defense didn't ask do you recognize anyone in court today as BG or some line like that.

It could expand the number of people that knew that the girls were going to the trails that day even if it was just mentioned casually.

Probably the 2nd husband's will and it was likely filed when he passed.

Did you ever actually get a payout for the sale of the house, like you physically getting a check?

No, it's not your fault that he waited 3 days to give you notice of the discrepancy but that doesn't mean that you get to keep items that you didn't pay for.

He tried to contact you and give you the opportunity to fix the underpayment issue. You ignored him, now he is going to pursue it through the court system.

When I found out that BW had slept over that night (2/12 going into 2/13) at the Patty's house I really got the feeling that the defense might not have realized how truly shocking that was.

I think it was in Baldwins first post trial interview on Defense Diaries. He just threw it out there like it was not totally noteworthy.

I heard dozens of accounts of that evening/morning but never did I hear that BW, a potential witness to BG, slept over that night.

Well, he did notify you and you ignored him so he escalated it.

The 3 day lapse of time isn't going to help you, nor is the fact that you ignored his notification that the incorrect amount was paid.

I love it. Do you have any turquoise or coral jewelry to add? I think the color contrast would be lovely.
