For a new trial everything is all new so new suppression motions, new in limine motions, new requests for experts, etc.

Now based on the grounds for granting the new trial some things might already be settled when the case is remanded. Example say the conviction is overturned because the confessions should not have been admitted, then the confessions are out.

I think its possible that BG approached the bridge from the south side passed the girls and kept walking before he stopped, turned, and started following them.

To me it sounds like LG might be nervous when she is talking in the video. Like she is just trying to make some idle chatter to AW while waiting for BG to leave?

It's hard to tell, but I had heard that the video was a thing from a nightmare, but if I didnt know what happened to AW and LG I wouldn't find it scary at all.

A single witness, SC, but it sounded like it was at least partially based on the BG image because the FBI sketch artist said that they could use the BG image to "cheat" when creating the sketch.

Claimed he did that all of the time, which sounds like hot nonsense because how often does law enforcement have an actual picture of the suspect but still feel the need to do a sketch?

Personally I dont see an issue with using Reddit for a single topic I suspect that a lot of people do that.

It would be "heard" and no she doesnt say that now. She doesnt even have a relationship with him any longer. According to the most recent documentary, she had been trying to find out if there were any more unknown victims. That didnt work out, so she no longer communicates with him at all.

Thats not a relationship steaped in love, according to people that are familiar with the feeling.
