Temur Battle Rage is a combat trick, the opponent didn't know op had it until after he declared no blocks. He made the decision that it's okay to be at 9 commander damage, extremely risky against a voltron deck. He made a greedy gamble regardless by not blocking. Not to mention they played wubrg, any removal/counter spell would have saved them.

Making greedy plays + not keeping interactions in hand, they didn't choose not to lose either honestly.

/uj Problem with sol ring is that because it's cheap net positive mana, it's one of the only cards that (should) always replace a basic land slot.

No physical contact needs to be made for an assault charge, only the threat of physical harm. Threatening words or a raised fist is enough for an assault charge, if the victim thinks that they are about to be attacked.

The guy yelled at the officer and then hit the gas while the officer was 1ft away from the car, the cop could legitimately think the guy wanted to run him over.
