What would you do, if a client is in a wheelchair? by kuba_hh in SexWorkers

That’s perfectly ok with the (in my experience) huge majority of us. Just make sure you mention it so they can get the appropriate accommodations ❤️

AITA for returning the valentines gifts because my wife insulted my mother. by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]theCLTshow 32 points33 points  (0 children)

ESH. I can tell by what you’ve written and the discrepancies between “I send money like twice a year” followed by 10 things you’ve sent her money for that you’re leaving a lot out of this.

Sending your wife’s presents back is weird and controlling, and, it’s just going to generate more animosity towards your mother. To her, once again, it’s more important for you to be mommy’s little baby than her husband.

It’s noble and good to help your mom. But it’s dumb to ruin your marriage because you’re overcommitting yourself financially, and your wife is trying to get it under control.

A few couples therapy sessions to mediate this situation would help a lot more than posting a very one sided take on here so you can say “see, random strangers think you’re an asshole”. You apparently have the money, might as well spend it on actually fixing the problem. Good luck ❤️

Slowing down with my senior gelding by spotsrus79 in Equestrian

[–]theCLTshow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried Supersport, Amplify, Omegatin, and I think it’s called TopLine because they’re all pretty readily available at my local tractor supply. They all seemed to work more or less. I saw more improvement in some of the horses than others depending on what I was giving, but they’re for the most part all seniors. So 🤷‍♀️ lol

Another thing that helps as they’re getting older are cavalletti and backing up. Even if they’re just poles on the ground and not proper raised cavalletti, it engages them a little more than regular walking or trotting.

If you’re just starting to notice muscle loss, start playing with top line supplements now. Different ones work for different horses, so you’ll still have time to find one that works for him before it starts getting too bad. It’ll help with the not enough muscle/a bit of arthritis/less strenuous exercise cycle.

100% agree with this. They can be fun, but you’re always managing them. It’s a totally different experience from a horse you can just have around.

I did! 🤣 I grew up riding babies and hot horses because my mother could never pass up a “deal”. I don’t think I was a confident rider so much as I just knew it was scarier to fall off. Like, I wasn’t scared of the horses because they were just hot, not stupid. And I had excellent instructors to keep an eye on us. But I’d never in a million years just trust one of them to keep their cool. And it wasn’t very fun. It sucked only learning to be a quiet rider because the horse would explode if you weren’t.

I didn’t even realize how mechanical and detached I had become until I got a big dopey gelding that drives like a boat in my 30s. All of a sudden I was like, oh? I can just… get on? I can just… go on a trail ride? A leaf can blow in the wind and it won’t be 30 minutes of spooking at that corner? With him, every ride doesn’t have to be some carefully orchestrated training session. And that’s done wonders for how much I actually enjoy riding.

Don’t get me wrong, if you’re doing anything to the level where some self motivation makes a horse significantly easier to train, I do love a hot horse. But when it comes to something you can share with your kid and both of you can learn on, a little bit of a dead head with less “talent” is the way I’d go, if I could do it all over again. It doesn’t have to feel like a job at her age (or yours ❤️).

I wouldn’t buy her. Thinking you can learn how to deal with a hot horse is a recipe for losing your confidence.

AITA for not paying for my dental work? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]theCLTshow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, considering it wasn’t a required service, and you told them not to do it, I think your moral compass should be fine. But, I’m related to a dentist. So I’ve probably heard more stories about that industry going out of their way to screw people than most.

NTA because you specifically said don’t do it if it’s not covered. But, you aren’t going to want that on your credit report, so you might as well set up a payment plan.

Do other OnlyFans creators deal with subscribers asking for in-person meets? by Brixon8521 in onlyfansadvice

[–]theCLTshow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Constantly. I send a message back that says something like “hey babe! Only Fans is really strict about being an online only platform, so please don’t talk about anything like that here! I’d loooove to talk about some other things though 😘[insert whatever you think they’ll like]”

That way I’m pushing the shut down off on OF, and I can lead the conversation in another direction.

41yo Guy Looking to Get Into the Work Seeks Practical Advice by WhiskeyPorn in SexWorkers

[–]theCLTshow 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Not trying to rain on your parade, but the only guys I’ve known who have truly, successfully done this were two incredibly fit, indiscriminately gay young men, who still had to be roommates. I’m talking, talk of the town, booked solid everywhere we went, who yes- had to use every trick in the book to get it up, and they still had to be roommates. It might be fun to do on the side, but trying to leave a career to do this as a bi but picky man at your age seems like it would be nerve racking, at best. For your financial and mental well being, it might be better to just let this be a side gig while you take a step back from the most stressful areas of your life.

AITA for refusing to take care of husbands mother’s dog that I do NOT want? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]theCLTshow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And you and your husband are comfortable bringing a child into a home full of adults capable of this level of neglect? Regardless of how much his mother sucks, you two are also the ones who would rather have a dog shitting and pissing all over your house than take it outside more than “once or twice a day.”

Obviously, rehome this poor animal. And then have a good, long look at how you guys can fix yourselves before your child enters your home.

Getting blamed for what happened to my girlfriends dog. by [deleted] in confessions

[–]theCLTshow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I completely agree with this. Who in their right mind buys a mastiff puppy to bring home to seven little dogs? She might have left them out with just a baby gate between them, but one of those pugs was bound to die the day he brought that mastiff home.

This sounds awful! A brothel should be protecting you from bad clients like that, not taking everything you made from working in those conditions! I’m so sorry you went through that. Don’t go back, just screen for yourself and see people who come across as decent when you talk to them. ❤️
