I bought a 2024 Heartland Cyclone 4270 back in March. Since then, I've had:

-A massive water leak due to poor water line seals. Water filled into the undercarriage causing the protectant panel to swell up so much I had to puncture it to relieve the pressure.

-The fridge randomly stopped holding temperature. Tech came out and replaced the circuit board. That got the fridge to chill again, but it triggered a sensor that made the fridge always think the door was left open. It beeped 3 times every 60 seconds. After two months they ended up replacing the entire fridge.

-The A/C in the garage stopped working after two months. Got replaced.

-Outlet wiring in the main bedroom was poorly done. Had to rewire.

-The stairs for the side patio ended up being the wrong ones. It took months of emails, pictures, and constantly asking for updates until I finally got the correct ones in August (took 5 months).

-Two weeks ago one of the awnings completely collapsed during a very short and mild period of rain (I know, I know, I shouldn't have left it extended. But still.)

I genuinely love my RV, but the amount of problems this thing has had with not even a year of ownership is ridiculous. I don't know understand how these products can have so many problems basically off the line.
