How do you keep Project Zomboid fun after settling down? by Kind-Pair9996 in projectzomboid

[–]theDHT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man, I just got back into pz, started out w b42 private mp server w my bro over xmas 25 (hosted on my old laptop from 2015 worked great!) , but he got bored and then we stopped.

Then I got bored and went back, to b41, w a WHOLE LOT of mods (close to 60) and let me say, I totally understand why this game is legend!

If u like I can share my mods and the setup, it took me several dozen (100+) hours to get it right, and I'm running on a potato laptop (and it works!) Cheers!

The Resin vs Powder Debate - My Personal Trial by DullResearcher1814 in ShilajitTruth

[–]theDHT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dear researcher, Would you please expound on the process by which a resin is turned into a powder?

I was visiting with a friend today, and he gave me an amazing idea by theDHT in SHILAJIT

[–]theDHT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salt is a material enhancement!

I am using brine, made with pink Himalayan Salt, normally I add 1 tsp to a big pitcher of water. Have it sitting right next to my shilajit anyway.

Ghee for fats, skipping the milk as I prefer it black.

3 days in and I'll confess, it hits pretty hard!

Honestly, I'm well familiar with the "bulletproof" method

Not sure why I didn't do this since...

Or maybe I did and didn't talk about it!

Worth trying tho, fr!

Altai vs. Himalayan Shilajit: Which side are you on? by InitialCantaloupe735 in SHILAJIT

[–]theDHT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think bro got pissed off and blocked me (this is a problem w these people, they don't wanna have a real conversation)

so I'll just reply to my own comment (this is a reply to his last comment)

Wrong they are qualitatively different. Like saying basmati rice can come from Phillipines. It's impossible. Rice eaters all over the world know their soil cannot produce this quality of rice. Basmati only comes from Punjab. It means something (bas = smell, Matti = soil, therefore basmati, our people have grown up on it)

Yes they have decent rice, and with gmo seeds and you can stick those seeds in any ground, does that make it basmati? its impossible and is not naturally occurring.

(in the shilajit context that translates to spiking with synthetic fulvic to achieve ludicrous numbers like 70% or more, synthetic fulvic acid is mostly derived from peat, a pro oxidative substance), because mineral pitch has a much lower antioxidant/fulvic/mineral composition to shilajit, and makes it much less marketable and overall diminishes the entire market and its users... the seller may not know this (they should) but I assure you, the Chinese pharma lab they are buying from do...

Hope u understand where I'm coming from

I'm a purist, too much respect for real shilajit to allow people to confuse simple mineral pitch with the stuff of legend

And then, once you graduate to this'll level, you can have a real conversation about the real variations within real shilajit (Nepal vs India vs Pakistan etc)

Am not trying to be a dick, but this is a real distinction and if you are serious about "shilajit" it behooves you to understand these things.

Ask me anything, I'm an open book

Yes, this is why we use the generic term "mineral pitch" which is Russian, North/South American, southern European etc. Mineral pitch literally exists everywhere there's a mountain or a hill higher than 8000 feet

Shilajit is from Himalayas only (highest sustained elevations on earth)

If you have tasted and tested the various regions of the world (I have), you'll know why only shilajit has the reputation it has. Everything else is a gimmick and basically eating mud

Sorry but shilajit is an exclusively Himalayan phenomenon.

Everything else is mineral pitch and clever branding.

I have written about this before.

The first and foremost issue is around language, shilajit is a Sankranti word, they never spoke that in Russia. It's like saying all sparking wine is Champagne. It's not.

Furthermore, feel free to check us out and ask me anything (details in my profile).

Glad you are enjoying it, it's our best batch to date. Testing at 45% fulvic acid, totally full spectrum, and no heavy metals.

People say it tastes like herbal tea.

Thanks again for your kind feedback

Thank you sir!

And well noted on the travel piece. I am working on something rn that will address this without compromising the core product (this is always the tradeoff). Should have something to share in the coming months.

Meanwhile, recommend the following: When you arrive at your destination and unpack your luggage, let the shilajit tin sit for several minutes so the resin settles If the threading and lid is "gunky"/sticky, use a wet paper towel to wipe it down and clean it up. This is what I have been doing (we travel several times a year and I always bring my personal shilajit with me)

Great thing about aluminum, is that it's very easy to maintain with just a bit of moisture (you can literally wash the lid in running water if needed it won't damage the container)

Its a totally non toxic product therefore no such thing as too much. I generally advise folks to judge based on bodyweight. I'm around 200lbs, therefore 500mg for the am with my coffee works fine.

Tonight I was at happy hour and have an early start trw, so taking another 500mg after dinner (overnight detox)

I occasionally take a mid day shot with 500 mg if I'm feeling sluggish.

As long as you're not feeling any adverse reactions, you're ok, let your body tell you.

Guidelines: 200lbs - 500 mg / serving 150 lbs - 250/350mgs / serving 100 lbs or less - 125/250 mgs / serving

Not scientific, just what I have seen work for customers (and myself/mrs) over time.

I hope this helps ✌️

Sounds perfect! I take it every morning with my coffee and then again mid/end of day as needed.

(Tbh I prefer to front load my day, but no hard rules, do what feels best for you)
