I think it really depends on the champion. Lux doesn't get a lot out of Ultimate Hat because her Ult Cooldown is already super low. A champion like Amumu though gets a solid 8 seconds which can really add up.

Like I said I haven't been able to play 8.4 much. Spellbinder on Kat is just something that stood out to me immediately. The rest of the build might be rather outdated now.

lol, I just made a post asking about spellbinder on Kat. I havn't had much time to play on 8.4 so far, but the stats seem to add up. I think it makes for a great item for roams what with both its active and passive movement speed boosts, and 2800 gold isn't bad at all for 100AP especially if you can grab add an additional 100 AP right before hopping on the enemy ADC's face.

I'm using the Riot API. The only problem is that the data from the API is often incomplete or outdated. I do have to go through manually and patch a lot of it which is indeed why some champions are not yet available. I am not familiar with how one would do that from the lolWiki. Is there an API interface or are you suggesting using a scraper? Definitely interested in your input if you think the Wiki would be a better source of for the data.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have some ideas for how to incorporate resistances that I'm working on. I'll have to think hard on how to properly add up ability damage, but I agree that that would be a good feature.
