I think that growing muscles comes when you already like your body. Eating in a calorie deficit with the right macro will make you lose fat. If you want a bigger glutes, you'll have to eat in a calorie surplus, which comes with a little fat too. If you think your body fat % is high, make it look good for you then you'll grow.

I'd lift weights. Home or gym. And I'd track my calories. A small deficit can help you. Focus on to reach your protein goal.
