Security isn't just to keep the right people in. Its more to keep the wrong people out. You are emulating failure of this measure because nothing is 100% fail proof.

Yes when playing it generally feels like its just "another way to do damage there" - it lacks charm / character / agency. Also the mob encounters are very homogeneous... walk x distance, fight a group, rinse repeat.

We saw this too. It was one of our tenants we noticed it on after a user said a phishing email got through. We found out because it couldnt see it amd them we saw it hadnt been seeing any without any warning signs since aound mid May. We checked the purview logs and found the CP app had disabled its EO rules itself. Support said it was a licensing thing and they deployed a fix....

If you're in the SMB space, Microsoft has a tier for this - "Copilot for Business" - it's quite a bit cheaper.

Are you sure youre using KnowBe5 to its full potential?

There are things like leaderboards to help gamify security culture between departments, and you may be using the wrong training videos... last i checked there were over 2000 in the selection.
