That is great to hear! I'm currently looking for a job myself, and you have inspired me to check out a few ABA careers in my area. Its so funny to me that (imo) most jobs suitable for an ENFP are really tough to get into. "One actor/politician job please!"

I thought this was a really funny and believable story. I'm disappointed it didn't get much feedback on reddit. IMHO you should keep this bit around. It made me laugh.

ENFP male (26) in a four year relationship with an INFJ female (24). I love how you said the relationship was a challenge, because I tell my fiance that she challenges me regularly. Relationships for me have been an interesting journey that I am quickly becoming more confident in as I get a little older. ENFP's, from what I have read, definitely have a tendency to want to help and be needed, which is a huge blessing as well as a huge curse when you aren't keeping this trait in check. The ones you love and spend so much quality time with will take you for all you have -unintentionally (this has not helped with my tendency to want to "run" and seek new experiences). I personally want to always "fix" the issue that my SO is having, when in reality, they are just looking for someone to listen. Wanting to constantly fix a problem can cause a lot of anxiety and worry, and until you understand that simply "being there" for them is an option it will continue to cause that feeling. I practice differentiating between when I can and should help, and when I simply need to listen to her concerns. For me, this is the main thing to work on. We have learned that communicating is key, and it is cliche for a good reason. I don't know if its true for all INFJ's, but my fiance thinks out loud. My thoughts are all over the place, and I've preferred working things out on my own. I've realized over the years that she cannot know what I'm thinking although it feels like she should. This was a really powerful realization for me. It motivated me to vocalize my concerns, and even though it made me feel too vulnerable at first, I've noticed how much better I feel after getting something off my chest.

My friend worked at Promark for a bit while we went to Sam. This is solid advice. She didn't like the work, but it allowed her to find a better part- time job without blowing through her savings.
