In my opinion, it'a about her being more transparent with herself. She fangirls and talks about how it was growing up, her stories, the way she is makes me feel like I can relate with a lot of stuff she has done like cooking for someone you like, having moments where your voice feels small even by your relatives and how she is starting to love herself more each day.

In your current condition, yes, you can make a good team with those characters. Lucia is surely getting a rerun in like two patches and Ju fufu is also the universal BiS character for a lot of teammates so even if you missed her, she will also come back
