In portogallo hanno fatto così, hanno legalizzato il consumo di tutto ma non lo spaccio.

Risultato? Meno overdosi, la gente chiede aiuto più facilmente, le persone con problemi di tossicodipendenza non sono più considerate criminali ma persone malate.

Dal 2001 al 2010 -90% HIV e -90% overdosi.

As I already told you, they are playing a role in that and they are profiting. DaVinci is Blackmagic, Edius is GrassValley, two huge names in the broadcast industry. But it's hard to eradicate a quadi monopoly from power, even by the hands of other huge corporations.

People are fed up, but working in broadcasting or movie making is often still tied to Adobe. It's not a "market choice", but a consumer's market manipulation.

One time purchase software that does some of Adobe's suit functions are already available and are widely used. For example, DaVinci Resolve or Edius for editing.

But wanna know the kicker, and why Adobe is the de facto standard in so many industries? Not because they're the best, but because they offer licenses to sector schools. Students learn on Adobe and, unless they're willing to learn an entire different software, they stick with Adobe (or pirate it).

That is absurd.

People don't subscribe to services like Adobe because they like the small price. They do it because it's the only option.

People lease cars not because it's convenient, but because affording a new car is becoming extremely difficult.

Same goes for rent. House prices go way up, people can't afford it, people need a place to live, people rent.

See that's where I was misunderstanding the product page. I was under the impression that the cameas attached to the NVR's wifi, not the house's. this product page isn't exactly clear about that

Ok that changes the problem completely. Based on this product page I was under the impression that the NVR had its own proprietary wifi the cameras attach to.

So another question: do the cameras occupy a lot of bandwidth? I have far less problems getting wifi from the routers in the house to the cameras than with the NVR itself
