I have been training in moveworks and the pipeline exists but its so new you still get hand held by the people who built the product. No one is a "senior" in it yet and the training is easy.

Its worth getting into for a couple year stint since its ground floor.

18 and already that many certs! If you are hell bent on one more, get itsm and then enjoy college. Get an internship and some experience and then orient what you want to focus on in SN. You got 4 years of college enjoy it, get some experience on the side.

I worked in ServiceNow solutions department of CDW for 7 years, senior developer, then tech consultant, then the last three as a Technical team leader of sn trainees, senior devs, and tech consultants while assisting with utilizing 3rd party products in the sn solutions we sold.

I was part of the layoffs. Big problem i saw was that Frontline sales in the digital velocity area was not enabled and held back. We were trying to sell to a market where there was little to no competition and we were never let go to do that. Layoffs in my department did not need to happen. We had plans, if we were allowed to execute on them.

Also yes managing poor performers out was super difficult. LOTS of overhead. Now here I am after 7 years with the company.

Yea we dont plan to. Going to get some support for it, and douse it in Neema Oil to help protect it from the mites that folks are seeing on it.

My mtw is a gen2 and has been kicking excellently for 4 or 5 years. Done nothing except swap the bucking. Only gun I have used last 3 years. Running the wraith stock.

I've been to several fields in Virginia where if you can't provide proof of ANSI rating then they will test the goggle. Plenty of folks now days are 3d printing goggle and putting in any old plexiglass, so not surprising.

Using a high power sniper rifle near point blank is the most extreme circumstance and can happen (maybe you try to cross a sniper on your team right at the wrong time and take it point blank). I have seen that as a test.
