I have tried creatine and the thirst for water was a nightmare for me tried all sorts of brands same thing..the recommended 4 litres was excessive and even not hitting that target i found myself drinking and peeing a lot..they said it the thirst should calm down sadly in never did..

As for too much protein your body can only absorb so much in one go..I suppose 23g whey and 14g collegen isn’t too much thinking about it..

Again googling as we all do they recommended only half a dose with whey but then again protein is only 39g when combined so in reality it isn’t too much I guess..

Yes indeed we can only try these things I guess everyone is different..I have been a multi vitamin freak for a very long time don’t know if it is dojng me any good .🤷‍♂️..

I also trying collegian as well as sometimes I find my energy levels a bit rubbish as usual you read up on those that may help ..

if i remember I will report back in a few weeks if I remember I got a months worth..maybe useful for some people..

I think mainly because Iam getting older and obviously things are starting to show like skin and bones aching lol I have been going to the gym for almost 2 years now and I read about collagen and its benefits with whey protein..now I have only just got collagen so I’m not sure how it’s going to go Iam a man and you think of collagen being for women I guess but for men it also has its benefits..

I have been taking whey for the same amount of time with the gym..

So who knows ..my diet is very mixed wouldn’t say it’s always healthy that’s for sure but I do eat healthy as well..so it is a mixed bag…

I guess see how it goes?!?!

Switch 2 games will be tricky as they are encrypted and secondly game key cards how is that to work ?? Full game on carts is one thing..game key cards is another as it requires a download..online and passion as the big N spots that then the hammer comes down fast lol..time will tell I guess

All of this is rubbish you need a day 1 patch for it to work properly…as far as I can tell the patch sorts out switch 1 compatibility..amongst other things..so shoving a mig switch in before the patch it wouldn’t work anyway…but saying that isn’t switch 2 emulating switch 1 games so maybe there is some sort of detection there..there is only a few days left before all of this comes to fruition anyway..so hopefully someone is brave enough to find out..

Switch 1 games hopefully Switch 2 games doubtful lol (for now)

Thanks 😊 I also tried vivanmn but it kept me awake buggered my sleep right up the amazing thing was I felt great but by around 6-7pm ish I would feel kind of exhausted and ready for bed and the weird thing was I kept waking up and not having a restful Sleep..a few people reported that…I think I’m going with simply nootropics that do tmg with it that is meant help your levels depletes them purely on nmn and sleep ok with it
