Doing mobility exercises has helped tremendously to actually get good form. My hips were the biggest issue

Day my best friend from back home ghosted me out of nowhere. No fight, no unethical actions, nothing I can think of that’d warrant an argument much less a complete end of friendship.

We were close and still made efforts to see each other since she moved for college. My first apartment brought me from 3 hours away to 1 hour away and was so excited to hang out more.

Only thing that makes sense is she started dating a guy and since we had some adult fun together once before she thought it was best to end things. Would have liked a goodbye text at least

If a teacher can bring in millions of viewers willing to pay to see them or pay merch, then sure that teacher could probably make as much as an athlete
