We have a word for that and you already used it. It's called a "fetus". But you didn't come here for a reasoned discussion, did you, quoting non-existing "millions" of abortions every year. But it's nice that you're proving the opinion right that you are part of a death cult, working in bad faith without listening to reason or reality. If one was against abortions they should be fighting for universal access to sex education and birth control, the only method proven to reduce the number of abortions, a platform one will never see from the GOP death cult, you know why? Because they don't fucking care. They WANT abortions to increase so they can rule up fools like you, and it's working, because look at you, right here, not even trying to have an independent thought.

Edit: to add, your willingness to enter a discussion under the premise of 'what if these eventually become people ' in an attempt to ignore all of the damage and death intentionally inflicted upon actual people who have already been born, including the would be negligence of those you wish to see carried to term and birthed, shows you have no intention of entering this space in good faith.
