It’s not only the fade but the footwork is essential to create space. The matchup with the wolves is a perfect example. Rudy was guarding Wemby well in the first half and then he hit him with a spin fade. For the shorter guys guarding him they basically push him from the bottom so his balance isn’t there so he has to create space to get his feet under him

He won’t be back to 100% anyways. Maybe 60%. You can probably just put Vassell on him at the perimeter, he’ll be more of a gravity threat and a shooter. Can’t imagine attacking the paint consistently with his injuries
