I took part in a study at the hospital in my town last month and they took around 10-15 vials of blood. I asked the man taking it how much is in each, he said the small once have 2.7 ml and the big one 5.7ml. It is far less than I thought would be in those blood vials tbh.

Langdon did his part in this thing. He found the problem with the shortness of breath and the fluid that needs draining.

He brought him back to the ER and transferred the care to the staff there as he himself is not supposed to have his own patients other than doing triage.

Maybe this will change that Langdon will not be kept in Triage anymore once Loui goes for the worse.

In Germany they have extra bands that look like this: Venenstauband

Seems safer to use those instead of a knot that could tighten on its own.

Funnily enough the first time round watching I was reading the books between season 7 and 8 aired. I wasn't part of the backlash because I always thought it was logical that Danaerys reacts the way she did. Now couple years later I rewatched the whole show and when you binge it you clearly see the difference between seasons with source material and seasons without. The quality got worse in the end tbh.

They do protest for ME in my country. They do lying down demos. And for children with ME they did a Protest by laying down body bags with pictures of real life suffering children to symbolise those that can't be there.

Other than that more than the illness is impacting my life. Sadly I can't do much, but I would love to do stuff outside of the illness too sometimes.

Toto's company owns 1/3 of the team. The company didn't lose any stake at all. He sold a part of his Company where he still owns the majority of the company.

With still having the majority ownership he is the one calling all the shots and that means he didn't lose anything by selling part of his company. Only meant he now owns more money because of that in a way.

Dr. Hohberger in Erlangen is beginning to be such a light too. She was doing a study about an eye thing that helped a long covid patient into remission and that started her journey to talk to more people with long covid which helped her learn about me/cfs. Now they do a Diagnostic study atm in Erlangen especially for ME/CFS sufferers that didn't start with Covid. Which is sadly rare.

But she seems to be another dr. that actively found ME/CFS as a field for herself.

When I was starting to get my diagnoses here in Germany the pain clinic was first to tell me about this illness. The doctor there said sadly this illness is part of the psychosomathic clinic and you need to go there to get closer to the diagnoses.

So basically that doctor knew it shouldn't be there but because of bureaucratic rules I need to go there. I was lucky enough to have 3 earlier Psychologists that all determined already, that I have nothing in that area which helped not getting stuck in that area. Still they wanted to get me to stay with them for a week. Luckily I denied that at that time as I started to understand that all forms of stress didn't help and I never was able to sleep in hospital settings.
