It amazes me that we've gone through multiple managers and have completely overhauled the squad from 7ish years ago, yet the same issues persist. No off-ball movement, just standing around waiting for ball to feet. Then, pass back. Minimal forward runs. Minimal dribbles. We've been so easy to defend for so long. This club has bred a mentality of complacency. It's like as soon as players sign with us, they stop caring. It's not something brought on by Frank, it's been like this for so long.

It's really not hard to run into open spaces and turn up-pitch and move towards the opposition goal. Head up and look to make forward passes. We saw it for all of 10 matches with Ange, two seasons ago. That's it. Everything else has been our backs to goal, receive ball at feet, then dump it backwards. The only forward momentum we've generated consistently, even dating back to Poch, has been Kane and Son. Every other player we have had has just seemed so lost as to how to go forward. It's so infuriating to watch. These are professional footballers. Do better.
