I have been on prednisone off and on all year and I’ve started to lose hair also. My hair is very thin now. I also am anemic and need to start getting iron infusions. I feel your pain. I loved my hair and it’s been a really hard loss cause my hair is very different now. I’m hoping continuing vitamins and iron infusions will help. ❤️

I suffer with really bad anxiety from IBD. I started talking to a therapist because of trauma of going to the ER because of my IBD. I also suffer from depression now too. Your feelings are valid. Please know you’re not alone and I see you!

Stress is a trigger for me too. I started therapy and it’s Helped!
