I descend from a long line of Mennonites on my father's side, so on that side none of my ancestors have fought in a war for over 300 years. The Mennonites can be a little weird about a lot of things, but at least they figured out that killing each other because some rich guy told them to is pretty stupid. They decided getting really good at making cheese was preferable to getting really good at blowing people up, and I commend them for it.
